Dominique Nichols, Assistant Principal

Mr. Nichols, AP

Welcome to another great year! I am excited to return to my high school Alma Mater ('08) to serve as the Assistant Principal. After graduating from Rutland in 2008, I attended Fort Valley State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in English in 2012. I began my teaching career at Westside High School, where I spent 6 1/2 years as English Department Chair and three years as Freshman Academy Coordinator.

I hold the Master of Arts in Teaching from Georgia College, Tier One Educational Leadership Certification from the University of West Georgia, and the Master of Arts in Christian Ministries from Liberty University. I am currently enrolled at Georgia State University, working toward the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.

I can be reached via phone at 478.779.3033 and via email at [email protected].
